The WST50 toolmaker vise is crafted from premium-grade stainless steel (SUS440), undergoing vacuum heat treatment to achieve a hardness of HRC45°–55°. It is then subjected to a sub-zero deep cryogenic treatment, significantly enhancing material stability and wear resistance. Precision grinding and stress-relief processes follow, ensuring the vise body remains dimensionally stable and resistant to deformation over time.

In terms of accuracy, the vise offers exceptional performance, with parallelism maintained within 0.005mm per 100mm and squareness within 0.005mm per 100mm. These tight tolerances make the WST50 ideal for use with CNC milling machines, EDMs, and other precision machining equipment where accuracy and repeatability are critical.
