The VB series toolmaker vises are constructed from high-carbon steel (S50C) and undergo heat treatment to achieve a hardness of HRC55°–56°, ensuring excellent strength, wear resistance, and dimensional stability. Each vise is precision-ground to deliver superior flatness and high geometric accuracy, allowing it to maintain consistent clamping precision in any mounting orientation—whether horizontal, vertical, or flat.

Featuring an internal plug-guided structure, the VB vises provide exceptional rigidity and positioning accuracy, making them especially suited for clamping large or heavy workpieces during precision machining tasks.

Both models—VB50 and VB60—offer outstanding performance, with parallelism and squareness held within 0.005mm per 100mm. Their weights (13.5kg and 19.1kg respectively) make them ideal for medium to large-scale workstations and high-rigidity machines, including CNC mills, EDMs, and mold manufacturing systems.
