This series of toolmaker vises is manufactured from high-carbon steel (SK2), hardened through heat treatment and then precision ground to ensure outstanding durability and dimensional accuracy. With hardness ranging from HRC56° to 58°, the vises offer excellent wear resistance and maintain high precision under both horizontal and vertical clamping operations. Parallelism and squareness are guaranteed within 0.005mm per 100mm.

▸ VA-type vises utilize interchangeable plug-style blocks (slippery blocks) to adjust the clamping distance between the vise and the sliding block. This type offers a simple and effective solution for standard precision applications.
▸ VB-type vises feature all the capabilities of the VA-type, with the added benefit of adjustable spacing between components without disassembling any parts. This makes the VB-type ideal for frequent setup changes and high-mix production environments.

Available in a range of sizes from VA15 to VB40, the series provides flexibility for various applications such as CNC machining, EDM processing, mold manufacturing, and precision lab setups.
