The VC series super precision vises are made from high-grade alloy tool steel (SKS2), offering excellent hardness and durability. Heat-treated to a hardness of HRC58°–60°, they are engineered for long-term use under demanding clamping conditions. The vise body is precision-ground, maintaining a parallelism and squareness tolerance within 0.005mm per 100mm, ideal for high-accuracy machining tasks.

The VC model features a newly designed internal structure that provides resistance against upward workpiece lift, ensuring stable clamping even under angular force. It also allows quick and easy adjustment of the distance between the vise and the slippery block, without the need to disassemble any parts—streamlining operation and setup.

Available in three models—VC20, VC25, and VC30—the VC series combines compact dimensions with lightweight convenience (2.9–3.2 kg), making it suitable for CNC machines, optical device setups, precision fixtures, and applications requiring frequent adjustment and consistent precision.
