The VC series super precision vises are constructed from high-quality alloy tool steel SKS2, heat-treated to a hardness of HRC58°–60° for superior wear resistance and long-lasting performance. The entire body is precision ground, ensuring excellent accuracy with parallelism and squareness maintained within 0.005mm per 100mm.

Designed with an innovative internal structure, the VC vise can effectively resist up-lifting forces during machining, helping to maintain stable workpiece positioning. The distance between the vise body and the slippery block is easy to adjust without disassembling any parts, significantly improving user efficiency and operation convenience.

Available in three sizes (VC20, VC25, VC30), this series is ideal for applications involving CNC machining, EDM, mold fabrication, and optical component clamping. Its lightweight build (0.9–3.2 kg) makes it easy to install and reposition, offering a perfect solution for precision work in high-efficiency environments.
