The VE series (VE20, VE25, VE30) is a high-precision screw-lock grinding vise designed for precision clamping and grinding operations. Manufactured from high-carbon tool steel SK2 and heat-treated to a hardness of HRC56°–58°, these vises provide excellent wear resistance, rigidity, and long-term accuracy.

Featuring a screw-based locking mechanism, the vise ensures stable and reliable clamping with simple operation. The precision-ground surfaces ensure outstanding flatness, with parallelism and squareness both controlled within 0.005mm per 100mm, making the VE series ideal for applications where dimensional accuracy is critical.

Available in three models with clamping ranges from 60mm to 73mm, and weights ranging from 1.6kg to 4.3kg, the VE vises are well-suited for CNC machining centers, EDM, tool grinding, mold fabrication, and other high-precision workholding setups.
