The sine vise of screw type is designed for precision angular clamping applications such as milling, grinding, and inspection. Made from high-carbon tool steel SK2, the body is heat-treated to HRC56°–58° and finished with precision grinding for superior wear resistance and dimensional accuracy. Parallelism and squareness are maintained within 0.005mm per 100mm.

This series features a screw-lock clamping mechanism paired with a sine base structure, allowing users to easily set precise angles using standard gauge blocks. The integrated 100mm sine base simplifies angle calculation and setup for accurate inclined positioning.

Available in three models (V200, V250, V300), the vises support various clamping sizes and weights ranging from 3.5kg to 7.0kg. These vises are ideal for use with CNC machines, surface grinders, and other precision fixtures where angular adjustment and secure clamping are essential.
