The CV1 is a compact and lightweight toolmaker vise designed for clamping tiny or micro workpieces. It can also be used as an auxiliary device in conjunction with larger vises to enable two-way compound clamping, enhancing workholding stability and machining accuracy.

Made from high-carbon tool steel (SK2) and hardened to HRC58°–60°, the CV1 offers excellent wear resistance and dimensional stability under prolonged use. The vise body is precision-ground, ensuring parallelism and squareness within 0.004mm per 100mm, making it suitable for ultra-precise clamping tasks.

Weighing only 0.3kg, the CV1 is easy to install, reposition, and integrate into CNC machines, optical assembly platforms, or precision lab setups. It is an ideal solution for high-precision micro-clamping applications or as part of a compound clamping system.
